Currently CDH has several action items we would like to get completed before Small Sat. The most important of these is the Subystem Drivers. Each driver consists of a "wrapper" or small piece of software which encompasses the communication protocol used by the subsystem, and the wrappers integration with the specifics of any given subsystem. These drivers will allow us to receive, process, and send data to the individual subsystems, giving the entire satellite a central point of onboard control. The state machine diagram is also a primary point of focus this summer, as it gives us a strong idea of the overall behavior flow of the satellite. We are also looking to stand up and populate a project wide wiki, allowing for much easier sharing of information, fill out diagrams and charts detailing the big picture of the CDH subsystem, and in the event of extra time, harden the software design by looking into intense error control, possibly going as far as to store duplicates of critical software sections such as the bootloader and kernel.
